What You Should Know About Voip Technology
You have heard it all-everyone is talking about the VOIP technology and how it is outpacing the telephones companies and even the cellular companies. So what is all the talk about?
VOIP allows you to make your entire local, long distance and international telephone calls over your high-speed internet connection. All of this for just one low price that can be rolled up into your monthly internet cable invoice. The technology is changing rapidly and there are a lot of new features available to people savvy enough to get in on the ground floor for this new technology.
So, what should you do? How different will your VOIP technology be over your regular telephone company? If you listen to the advertisements, you will realize that they are a lot alike, but there are also some benefits that VOIP technology now offers.
For your VOIP telephone phone, you can have voice mail, 3-way calling, speed dialing, call forwarding, simultaneous ring, call waiting, caller ID, call return, caller ID block, anonymous call rejection, do not disturb feature, and last number redial. If changing to the VOIP system you can take your existing telephone number, get great international rates, make it possible for people overseas to call you with it being a local call for them (gone are the long distance rates), you get free in-calling network and can manage your account online.
Well, this sounds a lot like the other phone companies, so what really makes the VOIP technology better? It is debatable as to whether or not this is better. It is definitely different, however; recently, there was a press release on http://News.com that “A technical review conducted by the British government has found several security flaws in products that use VOIP and text messaging, including those from Microsoft and Cisco Systems.” So, there can be a problem with the VOIP technology.
There is also concern that the VOIP does not full support their own encryptions yet. This means that it is easy to eavesdrop on VOIP telephones and to even change what is being said. Experts are working on security options, but have not yet found one that is completely reliable to take care of this problem.
If you look at it only one way, you would say, this is a major problem and I can not deal with that. However, consider the cyper terrorists. They can and will disrupt any communications system-all it takes is the time and patience to find a single flaw and everything can come crashing down.
The choice is yours to decided whether or not the VOIP technology is advanced enough for you to use this as your primary means of communicating on the telephone. Take your time and really think about whether or not this new VOIP technology will do everything you need it to do. If not, you might want to wait a few years until the technology has advanced more before changing over to the new VOIP technology. You know that technology will only change and be improved for the better.

Do You Really Need All Those Fancy Vitamins, Pills, Supplements and Drugs?
Many folks go on ridiculous diets, take way too many supplements and partake is a plethora of prescription drugs. Do you really need all those fancy Vitamins, Pills, Supplements and Drugs? Some folks go and starve themselves for a diet and that is very bad for them.
You see, I have this theory that whatever my body craves for, that is what I eat. So, if I feel like olives, I eat a small quarter coffee mug full of olives. If I feel like carrots or an apply, that is what I eat. It seems the body tells you what it wants, you just have to listen and educate yourself on all the best things to eat.
GarlicOnionsAvacadosBlue berriesFruitnutsfishetc.
Recently, I asked an online entrepreneur of such dietary products what they thought of the idea of eating what your body tells you it wants plus water and exercise? She replied; “Suppressing food cravings contributes to weight gain and health problems. The body experiences stress and then the liver sends glucose into the bloodstream, which is converted to fat and typically stored in fat cells if it’s not burned for fuel.”
This might be attributed to why people gain so much weight, whether they eat or not. Humans need to eat healthy foods which are nutrient rich. And the nutrition expert I talked with said
“Eventually, these products will change the bacterial composition of the gut so that they increasingly crave healthy foods.”
So perhaps everyone needs to start exercising and start concentrating on a different plan to controlling their weight? I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007. I thank you for reading my many articles on diverse subjects, which interest you.

TACT – The Beginning – The Secret Law of Attraction
To begin experiencing The Secret Law of Attraction, you must start at the very simple formula of TACT.
T – Thank you
A – Attracting
C – Creating
T – Thank you
Begin your day with “Thank You”.
This is the very basic and simple formula that everybody can do, yet this is the most powerful and important step that you must understand and DO.
You always have a choice when you wake up every morning. Be wise to select your choice.
You can choose to feel inferior and look other people are always better and above you in any case.
Or you can choose to feel superior that you are unique and you are special. You can achieve what you want in life, because you take 100% responsibility for your life.
Let me tell you one thing: “Whoever you are, whatever you are. You can always start by being grateful that you have a new day today. A new day means a new opportunity for you to be closer to your dream.”
There are unlimited things that you can be grateful each and everyday.
If you find it is hard for you, here is a few idea you can use:
1. You are grateful for the air that you breathe today
2. You are grateful for somebody close to you
3. You are grateful for your parent and family
4. You are grateful for a meal
5. You are grateful for the cloth that you are wearing now
6. You are grateful that you can still be grateful
7. You are grateful …
When you get use to it and when it has become your daily habit, it will flow automatically like a water, because there are so much things that you can be grateful everyday.
When your day starts with “Thank You” as a daily habit, you will feel good from the very beginning of the day.
Feeling good is one of the most critical element in The Secret Law of Attraction. Your feeling, whether it is good or bad, will emit energy to the universe.
Make sure it is the good feeling, in order to attract good things to your life. Remember The Secret Law of Attraction is always exist, in the past, the present, and the future.
Can you imagine that Universe will always listen to you? Universe will always say “Your Wish is my Command”.
This explain why you will always want to focus on things that you feel good everyday, instead of focusing on things that make you sad or feel bad or you do not want.
Always be grateful, even for the most difficult things to find gratitude in. There is always a light in every darkness. A glowing flower in every field. A positive soul in every group. There is always a shred of beauty in anything ugly, if we choose to look for it and see it.
Gratitude is absolutely the best way to attract the life of your dreams.
Whatever you focus, you will get it whether you believe it or not. It happened all the time, no exception.
Let’s be Grateful NOW. You can be happy Now!

Three Ways Flat Rate Conferencing Can Help Your Business Grow
There is no question that teleconferencing is revolutionizing the way that people do business, both on the Internet and offline.Internet marketers, coaches, consultants, counsellors, major corporations, even Sunday School teachers are using teleconferencing to stay in contact with their staff, clients, potential customers, and classes without having to set up a meeting place.Teleconferencing has also added a new dimension to the way people can teach and deliver information over the Internet. Seminars and classes can now be held for hundreds of people at the same time without having to leave their homes. With a preset date and time, people can call a number and either learn more information about a topic or participate in a forum of discussion.Charges for admission to these types of calls can be anywhere from $20 to $30 up to $100’s of dollars for typically one hour.Three Ways To Boost Your Income And Grow Your BusinessTeleconferences can lead to an amazing growth in your income, and credibility as an expert on a given situation. You can also ADD more to your conferencing by utilizing flat rate conferencing.Flat rate teleconferencing is simply setting up an account for unlimited monthly conference calls for a set rate. By doing so, marketers are seeing exponential growth in both their reach of new customers and as a byproduct, their income. In watching this use of flat rate telenconferencing among individual marketers, corporate executives, coaches, and consultants I have singled out three ways that flat rate conferencing can lead to added growth and income.1. Talk As Much As You Want.Typically the average conference call would last for one hour. But, there are times when the conversation, and/or, meeting would take on a whole new life and 60 minutes just isn’t enough time. But, either the call is cut off or the host has to pay extra charges. With flat rate conferencing you can host your call for as long as you want with no worries of extra charges or disonnections. People are more at ease and can have added time to grasp what is being taught or talked about.2. No reservations needed. With regular conference calls you need to reserve your bridge in advance. With flat rate calling, there is no need. You can set up calls wihthin a minutes notice if need be.This works well with telecommuters and for staff meetings.3. You can set a conferencing budget. If you can budget something every month you can use it to grow your income. With flat rate teleconferencing you are able to know every month how much you’ll be spending on it and know how much you’ll be earning with it.If you’re using teleconferencing to hold paid seminars or courses you can hold as many as you want each month for the same price.People Are Learning More And Enjoying ItTeleconferencing has not only changed the way that people do business online, and added a new income avenue, but it has also helped alot of people get started with their own business, changed the way they learn, has helped coaches and counselors give more attention to their clients, and Sunday School teachers lead a lesson to shut ins and people who were on vacation. And people are enjoying the new option of attending a seminar or class without leaving thier home.Flat rate conferencing is going to add a new way for people to experience this more often and give businesses, and teachers, a new tool to reach more people.================================================Tom Parker has put together a website to help people who want to host a teleconference or class, and has made it affordable for everyone!

Football Or Drama? Dallas Cowboys Tickets Will Give Fans An Interesting Show
Regardless of the circumstances, fans have always snapped up Dallas Cowboys tickets quickly. The team is one of the most ?glamorous? in all of professional sports, and the 2006 season is providing several points of intrigue that are unlike any others the franchise has encountered in the recent past. We’ll examine the reasons below why the Cowboys will be perhaps the most interesting team to watch as the schedule plays out, and there’s no telling how things will turn out.
Terrell Owens
Yes, the intrigue starts with Owens. Basically, he’s getting closer and closer to ?meltdown? stage, and the entire country saw his latest tantrum on the sidelines during a loss to the Eagles. It’s becoming clear that he was brought to the team by Jerry Jones and not Bill Parcells, and it’s also becoming clear that Parcells wants nothing to do with Owens. Owens is a cancer, and his track record shows that when he decides he’s not happy, he ruins his team. For points of reference, see the San Francisco 49ers and/or the Philadelphia Eagles. You know Owens is going to erupt, and the only questions that remain are when it will happen and how it will be handled.
Bill Parcells
Although he’s never admitted it, it’s beginning to look like this is the legendary coach’s final season. Parcells is about as ?old school? as a coach can get, which is why the match between the way he does things and the ?cutting edge? Dallas Cowboys has always been an interesting sub-plot. Parcells is a coaching star, and his addition to the payroll by itself moved Dallas Cowboys tickets, but he’s yet to really make his mark on the team. Granted, he inherited a mess, but he’s led the team to one playoff game, and there’s no guarantee they’ll even qualify for the postseason this season.
Drew Bledsoe
Bledsoe is far from a legendary quarterback, but he’s always been a good, sound signal caller, especially under Parcells, who drafted him in 1993. However, his age is starting to show, and his lack of mobility is even more defined now than it has been over the course of his career. He’s been shaky at best so far this season, and it’s quite clear that he is not holding up well in the face of a pass rush. He always had a tendency to throw interceptions when he was harassed in the pocket, but, like many other quarterbacks when they get older, he’s getting a bit of an itchy trigger finger when he feels pressure. Bledsoe may not make it through the season as the starting quarterback, and if he does get benched, it’ll be yet another intriguing sub-plot to witness.
Jerry Jones
Although Jones played a huge part in bringing the Cowboys back to prominence in the early 1990’s, he also led to their downfall after his ego took over and he replaced Jimmy Johnson with Barry Switzer. The team fell to the bottom of the league after Jones got more directly involved with player personnel, and he appeared to have learned his lesson when he brought Parcells in and pledged to stay out of the way when it came to pure football matters. However, he seems to not be able to resist having his team in the headlines, which is exactly why he decided independently to bring Owens aboard without the apparent approval of Parcells. When Owens implodes, Bledsoe gets benched and Parcells reaches the end of his patience, it’ll be very interesting to see how Jones deals with the mess when it’s dumped in his lap.
Overall, there’s no more interesting team in the league to watch than the Cowboys, and it’s a guarantee that Dallas Cowboys tickets will provide fans and observers alike with quite a show for the rest of the 2006 season.

Used Car Buying Tips – 10 Things To Look For On The Interior
Buying a used car can be intimidating. Inspecting the interior is often overlooked because people feel they know about the inside of a car, because that’s where they always sit. But there are some simple things you need to make sure you check out. Here are 12 things to look for when inspecting the interior of a car.
1. Make sure that all the seats and seat belts adjust as they are supposed to.
2. Turn on and use the stereo system to ensure that it works as it is supposed to. Try all of the features. Make sure there is sound out of every speaker.
3. Try to turn the ignition without a key in it. This sounds silly, but you don’t want a car that turns on without a key in it.
4. Use each pedal. While the car is off, push each one (separately). When it is fully depressed, quickly remove your foot. Does the pedal stick? It should not.
5. Do the heater and air conditioning work?
6. How about the defrosters? If they’re not as they are supposed to be, you will be unhappy one day.
7. Pick up the floor mats and look for any holes in the floor board that may be hidden.
8. Ensure that the glove compartment opens and closes properly.
9. If the car is supposed to have air bags, make sure that they are actually there and that they work properly. Look for related warning lights. If they do not come on as the car is started, the air bag may not actually be in place (or may not be working properly).
10. Check all of the lights, inside and outside of the car, to be sure they work.
There you have it – ten easy tips to consider when checking out the interior of a used car. While I am sure that you have spent plenty of time inside of a car, those ten tips are commonly overlooked by used car shoppers.

Why Should I Apply For A Home Improvement Tax Deduction?
It’s come time to make some improvements on your house and the prospect seems daunting. However, there is some light in the darkness, a home improvement tax deduction is available in the right instance. One of the first and most important things to know before trying to qualify for a house improvement tax deduction is the difference between repairs and improvement. The reason being is that repairs will not help you at all when it comes to the tax reduction. Home improvement as defined to qualify for the home improvement tax reduction is any addition that improves life and quality to your home. Some examples include, adding a fence, driveway, swimming pool, new heating or cooling systems, adding a room, building a garage, adding insulation, a new roof or new landscaping.
While repairs on the other hand is something you to slow down or stop any depreciation that may be occurring on your home or property. This does not qualify you for the tax reduction. Just so you know, some examples of home repair that do not qualify you include, repainting, any fixing, plumbing or leaks or fixing any broken items. Of course there is one thing that may make you exempt in regards to home repairs and them not qualifying you for a home improvement tax reduction, and that is in the case of remodeling. In this instance you can include anything under a general improvement of the home to qualify you for the deduction. Just make sure the expenses are closely related.
Something else that can be done when qualifying for a tax deduction involves your interest rate on any loan you may receive to make the improvements. By deducting any loan points in the year you got the loan you can benefit even more. In addition, if you decide to refinance your house to improve it you can deduct the loan points that year. The amount that you use is proportional to the amount of loan points that may be deducted and proportional when calculating the house enahncement tax reduction.
Therefore, now that you are aware what qualifies as improvement and what does not you are all set in qualifying for a home improvement tax deduction. In addition, by knowing what exactly to do to benefit the most from the house enhancement tax deduction you are on your way to saving money, and who doesn’t like to do that?

Technology and Human Resource – Tracking Time
Thanks to this information age, I get my food for thought on the click of the mouse button! I surf for just about everything, but one thing I love most when I am there is keeping an update on the new developments in the field of Human Resources. Past decade has seen the role of Human Resource mangers changing spectacularly with vigorous automation happening in almost all the functional areas of this domain. You name it, you have it- there are solutions available for all HRD activities, from helping Managers plan, recruit, select, train, develop to retain members for an organization. Also, Human Resource Information System has made the mundane activities such as managing payrolls, planning compensation and benefits, recording time, attendance and time offs, managing timesheets, locating lost pay stubs, enrolling and managing benefits, etc, a paperless simple to do task.
If you are concerned about how to get latest on what technology will cater to your organization needs, then here is what I do. Let me share with you the best way to keep posted on what new HR technology is on the block. Whitepapers is one of the best sources of technical information on subjects of interest. Technology explained in day-to-day terms, well that’s what most of us need, a remedy from the heavy world of jargons IT is fully loaded with. These documents are created to help technology novices like us in the use of a particular piece of hardware or software. Mostly some kind of extra or advanced help is provided that goes beyond the normal manual set of instructions for a particular product or item. White Papers can provide special or advanced instructions on special features or methods.
It would be interesting to mention here a very good white paper I came across recently. The paper discusses Paid Time Off Tracking and Management issues as a detailed financial case. Full of vital information, it came to me as an eye opener in more than one way. Can you beat that an HR department can generate 1200% Return on Investment using online paid time off solutions!!! It is a good guide on how to calculate potential savings using financial analysis. However, the icing on the cake is a caselet on PLAYBOY, describing how the company saved real bucks managing their time off’s. You may wanna take a look at this paper for deeper insights. (Free Time Off White Paper) In addition, I suggest checking other whiter papers on this link, good source of information. Then we all know how to use search engines like Yahoo and Google to dig for more white papers.

Cruising For Travel Values?
For people looking for a particular travel value, taking a cruise just might be the answer.
It seems several cruise lines have beefed up their fleets and the additional ships need filling. Among purveyors in the travel industry, cruise bookings seem to be a particular value at this time. And if cruising still seems expensive, remember that it includes your travel, hotel and meals. Plus you will avoid costly add-ons like entertainment, car rentals, car insurance and parking, airport transfers and, to some extent, tipping. Cruises are all included way to travel and relax. Try a Cruise.
Cruises in the Caribbean are very popular now because of the amazing values offered on most kinds of trip including high-end luxury. With more ships in the market, greater opportunities are available to travelers. Just now, it seems that the traveler can get huge value for his or her cruising dollar. Since cruises are all-inclusive packages, for one set price you are getting the experience of a cruise and different ports, accommodations, at least three meals a day plus snacks, a range of shipboard activities, nightly entertainment, and fitness facilities. It’s hard to beat the value in that. Programs vary by ship and cruise line, so consult a travel agent or the Internet to find the best fit for your needs and budget. There are many cruise purveyors on the internet who advertise discount cruises, some up too 70 and 75%.
These unbelievable savings stem from the practice that cruises are booked far in advance and the cruise lines know months ahead of sailing which ships are under booked. Ships are not like airplanes, they are not government subsidized or bailed out of financial difficulties. They are independently own and there are few last minute bookings for people who have to travel. Cruises are a luxury item and unsold vacancies cut deeply into profits.
There is also a website that will compare similar cruises from up to 120 different offers to find the cheapest priced cruise to your intended destination. But price isn’t value and just getting a good price is not equivalent to value. How do you know if you have booked a great deal or a floating motel 6?
Of course you must research cruise lines before you book or travel. Do listen to the travel tips of friends and acquaintances but do more. Go to ?chat? lines and ask what kind of experiences people have had with ?abc? cruise lines. Ask what cruises people have enjoyed and what cruise lines really delivered on their promises. People love to recount their travel tales and, if you listen to enough, you will have a fair idea of which cruise line to seek out and which should be avoided at all cost.
Finally, once you have chosen a cruise see if the travel to the ship’s departure site is included. Usually these costs are included and outlined in the cruise line brochure, but when it is extra, travel to the port can rival the cost of the cruise itself. If you have chosen a cruise to the Caribbean that leaves from Miami, Florida and you live in Oregon, the travel cost to Florida can be a major addition that turns your budget cruise into a travel budget breaker.
